130 Years
The Salesians of Don Bosco have a long history serving vulnerable and at-risk youth in Southern Africa. We have been here since 1896 and our passion and commitment to empower and uplift youth is only getting stronger.
Creating lasting Impact
For over 125 years , the Salesian mission has created opportunities for young people. Today, we continue this work by investing in programmes that empower vulnerable youth across Southern Africa. We support programmes that empower young people through education, skill development, community support and sustainable development initiatives. Through partnerships and projects across southern Africa, we help create pathways towards a brighter future.
Skill Development
3 TVET(Technical and Vocational Education and Training) Center. These TVET centers equip young people with practical skills, and technical knowledge. Allowing vulnerable youth pathways to economic empowerment and personal growth.
Education
We support qaulity education that gives children and young people knowledge, confidence and opportunities that they need to reach their full potential. Through Salesian schools and educational programmes, we help create safe learning environments where young people can grown develop and prepare for the future.
Community support
We work alongside communities to support vulnerable children, young people,and families through programs that promote dignity, inclusion and opportunity. By responding to local needs, we help create stronger communities where young people can thrive.
